How much is shipping? 

- Shipping costs for the United States vary depending on the item weight and location. On average the shipping is between $7-$14. The cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

- All U.S orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days since purchase via USPS First Class Mail/Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please note that CuzyeahCloset does not have any control over shipping speeds or delays caused by the postal system. 

- All orders are shipped from New Jersey and come with tracking information. You will receive tracking notification once the item has been shipped. In the case you don't receive a tracking notification, please contact us as soon as possible. 

- Purchases over $100 USD are fully insured. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via email to start filing a claim with ShipSurance. Please note that note that CuzyeahCloset will not refund or exchange any items that are marked delivered in the tracking system. The insurance company, if the claim is approved, will provide a resolution. 

Please note, Cuzyeahcloset does not take any responsability for any items that become missing or lost. Once orders are shipped, we do not have control over the packages. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, and is a purchase less than $100 USD, please file a claim with respective postal agency. 

Can you Expedite shipment? 

Yes. If you require an item with EXPEDITED shipping, let us know in the message section of the Order. Expedited shipping charges may apply. 

Do you ship internationally? 

- Yes.  Additional fees may apply. All international orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS First Class International  within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please be aware that CuzyeahCloset does not have any control over shipping speeds or delays once it's been dropped off at the office. 

If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or custom charges incurred for the return shipment.

Note: Cuzyeahcloset does not take any responsibility for any deliveries that are subject to custom charges or quarantine checks. Also, Cuzyeahcloset is not responsible for any lost packages or packages damaged during transit. 



Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

- Returns, refunds nor exchanges are not accepted. Unless the item is excessively misrepresented - any major flaws or totally incorrect measurements, all sales are FINAL. Please review all photos and descriptions prior to purchasing. If you need additional information on details, flaws, sizing, please contact us via email. 

*Please note that vintage items may come with minor flaws due to its wear history. All items are subject to thorough investigation and any flaws will be listed accordingly.  However, even after our thorough investigation, there is a possibility that a flaw may be missed. Examples of flaws include, but are not limited to: discoloration, small tears, pulls, pilling, etc. We do our best to include all notable flaws & color variations in each product description. 


What payments are accepted?

- For a secure checkout, this site offers the following payments: PayPal Goods & Services, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, VISA, Discover and more. A list of accepted methods will be given at checkout. We do not collect any personal information.  


- All vintage items are thoughtfully and carefully sourced. You will find out that all these pieces are timeless, exquisitely delicate, and of superb quality. The beauty of vintage clothing is that it allows the individual to create an exclusive and distinctive style while promoting sustainability practices such as reduce, reuse and recycle. 

- Please note that vintage sizing often varies from that of modern sizing. It is good practice to refer to the measurements in each product description, and as always, if you have any further questions regarding the sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us via email
